Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship within the USA. Other countries may be added in the future.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Do you offer gift packaging?

At the moment, we don't offer gift options but maybe in the future.

Are the products handmade?

Yes. Many of our products are handmade or assembled in small batches, making each piece subtly unique.
