Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@warmvibedecor.com within 7 days after the estimated delivery window has passed and include clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Once we review your case and approve it, we will offer a replacement. In certain cases, where a replacement is not feasible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Conditions & Exceptions
We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for:
• Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
• Delays caused by the carrier or customs processing that are outside of our control
• Buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind requests
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@warmvibedecor.com.
