📦 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
🚚 Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days from the shipment date.
Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, or customs inspections. Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment partners. While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier processing beyond our control.
In some cases, additional import or customs-related fees may apply. If this happens, please contact us at support@warmvibedecor.com with the official notice or receipt, and we will review the case promptly.
💲 Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
📍 Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
❗ Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@warmvibedecor.com within 7 days after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will review the case and, if eligible, offer a replacement.
