We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@warmvibedecor.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos as evidence.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
